Position: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to provide innovative solutions for our clients across various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, develop tailored strategies, and support the implementation of engineering projects.

Location: Antwerp/Ghent/Brussels

Key responsiblities

Design and develop electrical systems and components for various applications.
Conduct research and analysis to determine feasibility, design, and performance.
Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and modifications of electrical systems.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and project plans.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or master degree related to Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience with electrical applications and systems.
Experience with low and/or high voltage is a plus.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Recruitment process

The process starts with a phone interview, where we will conclude some basic information. Afterwards you will be invited to have a meeting with both of the Managing partners (this can be one or 2 meetings). As we are a startup we prefer to have at least 1 meeting in person to make sure we are a good fit! Afterwards a contract can be proposed.
