Position: Engineering Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to provide innovative solutions for our clients across various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, develop tailored strategies, and support the implementation of engineering projects.

Location: Antwerp/Ghent/Brussels

Key responsiblities

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, challenges, and objectives, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems and processes; design and propose engineering solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Technical Expertise: Apply engineering principles and best practices across various disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil) to solve complex problems.
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, technical specifications, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations; recommend improvements to processes and systems.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in electromechanics or a master in civil or industrial engineering (electromechanics preferred)
Experience: We welcome starters and experienced engineers!
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.).
Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, PE) are a plus.

Recruitment process

The process starts with a phone interview, where we will conclude some basic information. Afterwards you will be invited to have a meeting with both of the Managing partners (this can be one or 2 meetings). As we are a startup we prefer to have at least 1 meeting in person to make sure we are a good fit! Afterwards a contract can be proposed.
